2015 A to Z Wineworks Chardonnay

Region:  Oregon

Floral, spice, minerality, and citrus - mainly lemon and lime - on the nose.  On the palate, it's bright and unoaked and has beautiful acidity, minerality, and flavors of lime and honeydew.  I'm kind of obsessed with Oregon wines, and this one does not disappoint.  It's delightful and is begging to be paired with food.  Think seafood, shellfish, poultry, or salad - something light.
