2016 Bedrock Wine Co. Wirz Vineyard Riesling

Type:  White Wine

Varietal:  Riesling, Sylvaner

Region:  Cienega Valley

Riesling blended with a small amount of Sylvaner.  Lime and floral notes with a trace of petrol on the nose.  Green apple, lime, and saline on the palette.  Clean and bright with nice acidity.  This wine is AMAZING!  If you prefer Rieslings on the sweeter side, it may not be for you, but otherwise, it's a must try!  This is another wine I'm adding to my favorites list.  Plus, Bedrock Wine Co.'s story is just as interesting as their wine.
